Eye-Based Control of Unmanned Systems, A Systematic Literature Review
Eye-Based Control of Unmanned Systems, A Systematic Literature Review
As a starting point for further work in interaction methodologies between unmanned systems(drones, ground vehicles, etc) and humans, Carson performed a systematic literature review of a specific type of interaction and control of these systems, that which uses eye-tracking and gaze as a primary means of control/interaction.
In this paper, Carson's attribution was to perform the entire literature review process from start to finish, with guidance, critiques, and support from the other authors listed. He followed the PRISMA process for performing a literature review to ensure a rigorous search methodology with clear reproducibility.
